Fruity buttermilk waffles

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 125 g butter
  • 50 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 tbsp, leveled baking powder
  • ¼ liter buttermilk (fruit buttermilk to taste)
  • powdered sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Mix the above ingredients into a thin batter (add a little buttermilk if necessary) and bake in a waffle iron on low heat. Dust with powdered sugar after baking.
