Fruity Cheese Salad

  • 1 piece Cheese "Green Guy"
  • 1 piece Dyke cheese
  • 1 Handful Red seedless grapes
  • 1 Small apple to taste
  • 1 Handful Strawberries
  • 4 tbsp Tangerine oranges drained from the glass
  • 3 tbsp Raisins pickled in rum


  • 1 Ripe banana
  • Lime juice to taste
  • 100 ml Homemade milk kefir
  • Salt, gourmet pepper to taste
  • 20 ml Sweet cream


  • Debark both types of cheese and cut into small cubes. Then put in a bowl / bowl. Wash the grapes and dab them a little. Wash the apple, rub dry and cut the unpeeled apple into cubes. Add both together to the cheeses and mix with the drained mandarins. Pour milk kefir over everything and mix. (Possibly leave some kefir if the salad gets too runny.) Finally, whip the cream until stiff and fold in carefully.
  • Pour the tangerines out of the glass into a colander and let them drain. Sort the strawberries, cut them into small pieces and add them to the other ingredients. Then add the drained mandarins. Also add the raisins that were previously placed in the rum.


  • Take a ripe banana, peel it and break it into pieces. Mash with a fork. So that the whole thing does not turn brown, drizzle with lime juice. Then you pour in the homemade milk kefir and mix everything together.
  • Now add the whole thing to the other ingredients and mix everything. Briefly whip the cream with a magic wand and carefully fold in. Mix again and season with salt and gourmet pepper, season to taste and then serve.
