Just Waffles

The perfect just waffles recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Flour
  • 125 g Soft butter
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 125 g Sugar
  • 250 ml Milk
  • 3 piece Egg big or 4 small ones
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 1 tbsp Custard powder
  1. This is a (from the head recipe) of my loved ones, I tried to bake my first waffles with it. I’ll never be a good baker.
  2. Well, there were dark ones, too light ones and there was also a piece missing, but they tasted good.
  3. Mix the butter with the eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy.
  4. Gradually stir in the flour, baking powder, vanilla pudding powder and salt.
  5. Finally stir the milk into the batter. The dough should be slightly runny.
  6. Always put a sauce spoonful of batter into the waffle iron and bake. I illustrated it.
  7. There was also whipped cream, raspberries and powdered sugar on top.
