Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 225 g pork
- 2 onions
- 2 apples
- 1 tsp oil
- 600 ml vegetable broth (2 ½ tsp instant)
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 2 tbsp raisins
- Paprika powder, sweet
- Salt

- 1 small banana(s)
- 1 tsp parsley, chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Dice the fillet, onions, and apples and fry in heated oil. Pour in the broth and simmer for about 15 minutes. Stir the sour cream and raisins into the soup. Season to taste with salt, paprika, and curry powder, and stir in the banana slices. Ladle the soup into warmed bowls and serve garnished with parsley.
