Fruity curry sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • ½ cup cream
  • ½ cup juice (multivitamin juice)
  • 2 tsp curry powder
  • 1 dash of soy sauce

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

super simple, very tasty sauce with multivitamin juice

Heat equal parts cream and multivitamin juice in a saucepan. 1/2 cup is enough for each serving. Season with curry powder; I always add at least 2-3 teaspoons. Add a dash of soy sauce and bring to a boil briefly. Tastes great with Asian spring rolls.
