Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 bananas
- 5 kiwis
- 1 bowl of strawberries
- 6 large apples
- 200 g rice pudding
- lemon juice
- ½ liter of milk
- Sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 20 minutes
Peel, core, and dice the fruit. Season with sugar and lemon juice. Pour the milk into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Stir in the rice pudding and simmer for 30 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally. Let the rice pudding cool. Place the fruit in a large bowl, add the rice pudding, and mix well. Ladle into small dessert bowls to serve.
