Fruity muesli bars

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g flour
  • 200 g muesli (fruit muesli, no added sugar)
  • 100 g oat flakes, fine
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 50 g sunflower seeds
  • 9 plum(s), dried
  • 100 g applesauce
  • 100 g honey
  • 3 tbsp water

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

healthy – enough for about 20 pieces

First, preheat the oven to 160°C. Mix together the flour, fruit muesli, oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and sunflower seeds. Then puree the plums with the 3 tablespoons of water. Add the applesauce, plum puree, and honey to the muesli mixture and mix. Spread this solid mixture evenly onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Place the sheet in the oven and bake for about 40 minutes. Then remove and let the muesli plate cool. Finally, carefully cut the muesli plate into about 20 long bars with a sharp knife. A little tip from me: If packaged in a tin, the bars will keep for weeks.
