Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 liter red wine, dry
- 2 orange(s), quartered, then sliced
- 3 carnations
- 2 stalk(s) cinnamon
- 150 g cane sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Without water!
Bring all ingredients in a suitable saucepan until just before boiling. Remove the pan from the heat and let the mulled wine steep, covered, for about 10 minutes. Then bring the mulled wine back to just before boiling. Remove the oranges, cloves, and cinnamon sticks and serve hot.
