Ingredients
- 2 Romaine lettuce hearts
- 1 Apple Elstar
- 1 Pear fresh
- 2 Spring onion
- 3 Panicle tomatoes
- 0,25 Cucumber
- 1 Lovage stems
- 1 Tarragon stem
- 1 Handful of grass leaves
- Salt
- Pepper from the grinder
- 2 tbsp Walnut oil
- 2 tbsp Elderflower vinegar
Instructions
- Wash the lettuce hearts and pluck them into small pieces
- Wash the apples and pears, quarter them, remove the core and cut into small slices
- Wash the cucumber and tomatoes and cut them into slices
- Wash the herbs, remove the stalk and cut into strips. Wash the spring onion and cut into rings
- Make a marinade from vinegar, oil, salt and pepper, mix in the herbs and spring onions. Stir in apple, pear, tomato and cucumber and let it steep for at least 10 minutes
- Now mix in the romaine lettuce and enjoy
- This goes well with turkey or chicken schnitzel or a steak
