Ingredients
 

  • 2 Romaine lettuce hearts
  • 1 Apple Elstar
  • 1 Pear fresh
  • 2 Spring onion
  • 3 Panicle tomatoes
  • 0,25 Cucumber
  • 1 Lovage stems
  • 1 Tarragon stem
  • 1 Handful of grass leaves
  • Salt
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • 2 tbsp Walnut oil
  • 2 tbsp Elderflower vinegar

Instructions
 

  • Wash the lettuce hearts and pluck them into small pieces
  • Wash the apples and pears, quarter them, remove the core and cut into small slices
  • Wash the cucumber and tomatoes and cut them into slices
  • Wash the herbs, remove the stalk and cut into strips. Wash the spring onion and cut into rings
  • Make a marinade from vinegar, oil, salt and pepper, mix in the herbs and spring onions. Stir in apple, pear, tomato and cucumber and let it steep for at least 10 minutes
  • Now mix in the romaine lettuce and enjoy
  • This goes well with turkey or chicken schnitzel or a steak
