Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 180 g yogurt (cream or whole milk yogurt)
- 1 tbsp mango chutney
- 1 garlic clove(s), squeezed
- ½ bunch chives, chopped
- ½ tsp curry powder
- e.g. salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
as a side dish to fondue chinoise, vegetable fritters, pan-fried dishes, etc.
Mix all ingredients, season with spices and serve.
