Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 800 g natural yogurt
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- 150 g sugar
- 600 ml milk (semi-skimmed or whole milk)
- 300 ml cream
- 7 sheets of white gelatin, soaked
- 500 g strawberries
- 8 strawberries with greens for garnishing
- 1 bar of dark chocolate, shaved into shavings

For the strawberry yogurt, wash and hull the 800g of strawberries, then puree them in a blender. Combine the sugar, vanilla sugar, and natural yogurt until smooth. Add the strawberry puree and mix. Heat the milk and dissolve the gelatin according to the package instructions. Then stir it into the yogurt mixture. Chill the yogurt. Whip the cream until stiff, reserving a small portion for decoration and folding the rest into the yogurt. Ladle the strawberry yogurt into small bowls or glasses (tip: layer or fill in regular). Serve with dollops of cream, garnished with the whole strawberries, sprinkled with greens, and chocolate shavings.
