(Iced) Chai Tea Latte like from Starbucks

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 tea bag (chai)
  • 250 ml milk
  • 2 tsp sugar or agave syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla pod(s), ground
  • possibly ice cubes

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

super easy and quick to make.

First, find a suitable cup or mug for the (iced) chai latte. Hang the tea bag into this cup and secure it. Now measure the milk and bring it to a boil in a saucepan (don’t forget to stir to prevent it from burning). Pour the milk into the cup and add the sugar (or agave syrup) and vanilla (you can omit it, but I recommend it), then stir well. Remove the tea bag from the cup before serving. On warmer days, I recommend adding ice cubes for an “iced chai tea latte.”
