Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 eggs, separated
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla pudding powder
  • 80 g flour
  • 500 g yogurt, 1.5% fat
  • 120 g sugar
  • 1 cup of sour cream, approx. 200 g
  • 1 cup of yogurt with coconut, approx. 150 g
  • 9 sheets of gelatin
  • 2 cups cream, 32%, approx. 200 g each, whipped
  • n. B. Fruit and sweets of your choice

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 42 minutes

For the batter, beat the egg whites with sugar until stiff. Then stir in the egg yolks and fold in the vanilla pudding powder and flour. Spread the batter onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper (preferably using a baking frame). Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 12 minutes. Mix the yogurt, sugar, sour cream, and coconut yogurt. Soften the gelatin leaves according to the package instructions, warm it up, and dissolve it into the mixture. Then fold in the whipped cream and spread it onto the sponge base. Let it set for a few hours. Remove the baking frame. Using various mini stainless steel shapes, cut out shapes as desired and decorate them as you wish. No matter where you bring them, they’re always a hit.
