Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 spring onions
- 1 m.-sized carrot(s)
- 300 g cream cheese, natural
- 1 pinch(s) of garden herb spice mix
- possibly salt and pepper

Ready in no time
Place the cream cheese in a larger bowl so there’s enough room for stirring. Peel and finely grate the carrot. Add to the cream cheese. Trim and wash the spring onions and slice them into very fine rings. Slice as finely as possible. Add to the cream cheese as well. For the finishing touch, season with the garden herbs. Optionally, season with salt and pepper. Mix everything well. Tip: I always transfer the mixture to a smaller Tupperware container with a lid, then put it in the fridge for about an hour so everything can combine well. Now you can enjoy the cream cheese on a fresh slice of bread.
