Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 600 g sour cream
  • 400 g cream cheese
  • 1 pack of herbs (8-herb mix, frozen)
  • n. B. garlic

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

Mix the sour cream, cream cheese, herbs, and crushed garlic until creamy. Let it sit for a while and add more garlic if desired. It’s perfect as a dip for almost anything, including vegetable strips, bread chips, baguette, or for grilling.
