Garlic and herb dip

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g mayonnaise
  • 500 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 1 tbsp, heaped garlic, diced
  • 2 tbsp, heaped herb mixture
  • 1 tsp, heaped curry powder
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper
  • 3 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 1 tbsp spirit vinegar
  • 2 tbsp, leveled seasoning salt for French fries

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Really goes with almost everything.

Mix mayonnaise, quark, and oil with a little water until smooth. Do not allow it to become too runny. Stir in the remaining ingredients, except for the French fries seasoning. Stir in the French fries seasoning last and season to taste. Tip: If you give the dip some time to sit, the herbs and garlic will develop even more intensely. This dip is great with raw vegetables, nachos, meat, or to refine sauces.
