Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp vinegar (herb vinegar)
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper
  • n. B. Garlic, squeezed, amount to taste

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Mix all ingredients until smooth and let it sit in the fridge.
