Garlic mayonnaise

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 ml mayonnaise
  • 75 g yogurt
  • 5 tbsp oil (olive oil or chili oil)
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp black pepper, freshly ground
  • possibly chili sauce

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mix the mayonnaise with the yogurt, season with garlic, salt, and pepper. Then add the oil. I recommend a really fine, unfiltered olive oil. If you like it a bit fiery, you can also use a good hot chili oil. If you like it really spicy, you can also add chili sauce. It’s best to let it stand overnight so the garlic can infuse. But it tastes delicious even after about 2 hours. The sauce is perfect with potatoes, grilled food, sandwiches, or just eaten with a spoon. It’s also great with tacos and everything else.
