  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp mustard, medium hot
  • 2 tsp herbs of Provence
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • curry powder
  • 2 tsp vinegar
  • Spice mix (China spice)
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • garlic powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

ideal for the barbecue season

Press the garlic clove and mix with all the ingredients. Let it sit in the refrigerator to allow the full flavor to develop.
