Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500g spaghetti
- 1 large onion(s)
- 200 g ham, cooked
- 5 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp oil
- 2 cups of cream
- 100 ml milk
- 4 eggs
- salt and pepper
- 1 tsp instant meat broth
- ½ bunch parsley

Cook the spaghetti in salted water according to the package instructions. Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the finely diced onion until translucent. Add the diced ham and sauté. Crush the garlic cloves and add them. Mix the cream with the milk and add to the mixture, letting it simmer slightly. Season with salt, pepper, and the meat broth. Whisk the eggs, add them, and let them set. Add more seasoning if desired. Sprinkle with finely chopped parsley and serve.
