Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 3 tomatoes, peeled
  • 3 bell peppers, colored
  • 3 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp soup vegetables (frozen)
  • n. B. broth
  • some white wine
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch of chili pepper(s), dried
  • Paprika powder, hot

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Minced meat pan with peppers

Wash and trim the tomatoes and bell peppers and dice them. Brown the minced meat in hot oil, add the onions and fry them as well. Deglaze with a little white wine and add the tomato paste. Then add the tomatoes, diced bell peppers, and soup vegetables. Top up with stock if needed and bring to a boil. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Add the dried chilies. Then simmer for about 10-15 minutes. Serve with rice and cucumber salad with yogurt dressing.
