Gieblis Zibarten liqueur made from fresh yellow Zibarten

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 400 g plum(s) (Zibarten), yellow
  • 700 ml grain 32%
  • 100 g cane sugar
  • 100 g white rock sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest period approx. 45 days 12 hours 15 minutes; Total time approx. 45 days 12 hours 30 minutes

Simple and fast

Wash and pit the cibarten, then place it in a larger container with all the other ingredients. Store it in a dark place and only open it after the 6-8 week resting period. Then bottle the liqueur.
