Plum and vanilla ice cream smoothie

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 150 g plum(s) or damsons
  • 10 g brown sugar
  • ¼ vanilla pod(s)
  • 300 ml milk, 1.5%
  • 100 g vanilla ice cream
  • 2 tsp chocolate shavings
  • 2 mint leaves

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Summer shake for hot days

Wash and dry the plums, halve them, and remove the stones. Halve the vanilla pod lengthwise and scrape out the seeds. Place the seeds and plums in a blender. Add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Divide the mixture between two attractive, large glasses, garnish with chocolate shavings and mint, and enjoy immediately.
