Gin Tonic Cucumber à la Julienne

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 cl gin
  • 8 cl tonic water
  • 2 slices of cucumber
  • 3 ice cubes

Instructions

Working time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 2 minutes

A simple gin and tonic with cucumber strips

First, cut two diagonal slices of an unsprayed cucumber, about 6 mm thick. The slices are then cut into strips of the same thickness, roughly the shape of French fries. Place the cucumber slices in a suitable glass with three ice cubes. Next, add the frozen gin and then the chilled tonic water. The mixing ratio can vary between 1:1 and 1:3, depending on your taste. Tip: I use Hendrick’s Gin and Schweppes.
