Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 100 g ginger root
- 350 ml green tea
- 3 tbsp sugar
- mineral water
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
ice-cold and refreshing fitness drink
Slice the ginger root and boil it with 400 ml of water for 8-10 minutes. Let it cool and strain through a sieve. Stir in green tea and sugar. Top up to 1 liter with mineral water. Serve with ice cubes.
