Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 tea bag (ginger-lemongrass tea)
  • 120 ml water, hot
  • 130 ml milk, hot
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • possibly coconut syrup

Instructions

Working time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 8 minutes

Prepare the tea as usual (infuse for about 5 minutes). Meanwhile, heat the milk in the microwave at 800 watts for about 1 minute. Remove the tea bag, pour the milk into the tea, and sweeten with sugar to taste. A small dash of coconut syrup in the tea also tastes delicious.
