Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 10 cm ginger root
- 120 ml water
- 60 g sugar
- 1 pear(s), ripe
- 1 bottle of Prosecco
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Peel and slice the ginger. Boil with water and sugar until the sugar is completely dissolved. Let cool for 30 minutes. Then remove the ginger. Puree the pear and mix with the sugar water. Add 2 teaspoons of puree to each glass and top with Prosecco.
