Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 ml apple juice, cloudy
  • 100 ml water, still
  • 1 beetroot, cooked (1 for large, 2 for small)
  • 2 slices pineapple, fresh
  • 1 piece(s) ginger root
  • 1 handful of blueberries

Instructions

Working time approx. 7 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Add everything to a blender and puree. Tips: If you want it a little sweeter, omit the 100 ml water and use 400 ml apple juice. If you have 400 ml of liquid plus the other ingredients, that makes about half a liter of delicious smoothie. The effort is worth it. The smoothie is fantastic, and thanks to its good ingredients, it’s especially enjoyable during the colder months.
