Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 60 g ginger root
- 3 medium-sized lemons, juice, approx. 200 ml
- 3 medium-sized oranges, juice approx. 200 ml
- 2 tbsp linseed oil
- 2 tsp, crushed turmeric powder, approx. 10 g
- 1 tsp, levelled white pepper, approx. 2 g
- 10 Stevia leaves
Instructions

This amount is intended for two adults and is sufficient for five days. Wash the ginger, pat dry, and finely dice. Also wash the lemons and oranges, pat dry, and roll them gently between your hands and a work surface. Grate the zest of one lemon and then squeeze the juice from all the fruits. Place the fruit juice, zest, and diced ginger in a blender. Add the turmeric, pepper, oil, and the washed stevia leaves. Blend the ingredients with a hand blender or mixer for about 5 minutes until you have a smooth mixture or fruit juice. Transfer this to a sealable glass container and store in the refrigerator. Just one 4 cl glass a day is enough to meet your vitamin C needs.
