Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 125 g sugar
  • 125 g margarine
  • 250 g honey
  • 500 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 pack of gingerbread spice
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 egg(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Heat the sugar, margarine, and honey together. Mix the remaining ingredients and stir into the honey mixture. Roll out the dough, cut out cookies, and bake at 180°C for about 15-20 minutes.
