Gingerbread from the tray

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 180 g butter
  • 300 g sugar
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 pack of gingerbread spice (approx. 10 g)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp clove powder
  • 350 g flour
  • n. B. Milk, approx. 100 – 200 ml
  • e.g. chocolate or chocolate glaze

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Melt the butter and stir in the sugar. Mix the remaining ingredients together and fold in. Add more milk if needed; the batter should be runny. Spread the batter on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in an oven preheated to 180°C (top/bottom heat) for 20-30 minutes. Cover with melted chocolate or chocolate glaze, if desired. Cut into pieces of any size.
