Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g flour
- 250 g margarine
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 pack of gingerbread spice
- 200 g jam, variety according to taste
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 1 cup sugar
- ½ cup milk
- Cake icing (chocolate icing)
- Almonds, chopped or colored sprinkles
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Mix the softened margarine with the eggs, sugar, cocoa, gingerbread spice, milk, and jam. Finally, add the flour mixed with the baking soda and mix thoroughly. Grease the baking sheet and bake the batter at 175°C for about 20 minutes. Spread the chocolate glaze over the cooled cake and sprinkle with colorful sprinkles or chopped almonds.
