Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 400 g dough (gingerbread dough) from the refrigerated section, e.g. from Tante Fanny
- Sweets (chewing gum balls)
- Flour for the work surface
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 23 minutes
Knead the gingerbread dough thoroughly on a floured surface and roll it out with a rolling pin to a thickness of about 2 cm. Use a gingerbread man cutter to cut out as many gingerbread men as possible and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Use aluminum foil to form balls the size of the gumballs and press them into the center of the gingerbread men. Wrap the arms around the ball and brush the gingerbread men with a little water. Bake for 6-8 minutes at 180°C (convection oven). Remove the aluminum foil balls once they have cooled and place the gumballs inside. Of course, you can also make the gingerbread dough yourself.
