Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g margarine
- 60 g honey
- 120 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 300 g flour
- 1 package of gingerbread spice
- 200 ml milk
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tsp baking powder
- Cake icing (chocolate icing)

Beat the margarine with the sugar, honey, and eggs until fluffy. Sift the flour and mix with the baking powder, cocoa powder, and gingerbread spice. Alternate adding a little flour and milk to the batter until nothing remains. Fill muffin cups with the batter and bake the cakes at 200°C (preheated) for about 15 minutes. Cover with chocolate glaze.
