Ingredients
- 200 g Flour
- 100 g Food starch
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 100 g Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 4 tbsp Oil
- 200 ml Banana nectar
- 1 Banana
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients except the banana into a smooth dough. Cut the banana into small pieces and stir into the batter.
- 10 Grease the muffin molds or line them with paper molds, then add approx. 2 tablespoons of batter to each mold.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 175 ° C for about 35-40 minutes.
