Ingredients
 

  • 200 g Flour
  • 100 g Food starch
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 4 tbsp Oil
  • 200 ml Banana nectar
  • 1 Banana

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients except the banana into a smooth dough. Cut the banana into small pieces and stir into the batter.
  • 10 Grease the muffin molds or line them with paper molds, then add approx. 2 tablespoons of batter to each mold.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 175 ° C for about 35-40 minutes.
