Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 200 g cream
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 1 peach(s)
  • 2 packs of confectionery, (Giotto 9 pieces each)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Combine the quark and vanilla sugar, whip the cream until stiff, and fold in. Cut 1/2 banana and half a peach into small pieces and place in a dessert glass. Chop the Giotto biscuits, fold them into the cream, and spread over the fruit.
