Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 600 g fish fillet(s), zander
- 2 tbsp honey
- 5 tbsp soy sauce
- 4 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- Fat, for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Marinate the pike-perch with honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, and chili powder and gently fry in a pan. Serve with rice and vegetables.
