Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 sweet potatoes
- 4 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 4 tbsp maple syrup
- ½ tsp cinnamon
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Peel the sweet potatoes, cut them into long wedges, and place them in a buttered ovenproof dish. Mix the sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over the potatoes. Drizzle the potato wedges with maple syrup and dot with butter. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 25 minutes. These glazed potatoes go very well with steak; I also like to eat them on their own with a salad.
