Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 450 ml buttermilk
- 260 g buckwheat flour
- 200 g rice flour
- 100 g of seeds of your choice, e.g. sunflower seeds, chia seeds, sesame, etc.
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 tsp bread spice mix
- 1 tsp Stevia
- ½ pack of sourdough extract, gluten-free
- ¾ pack of dry yeast
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 35 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes
Combine the ingredients in a bowl in the order listed and knead with a mixer. Form a loaf of bread and place it on a greased or parchment-lined baking sheet. Let the loaf rise for 35 minutes. Then bake for 35 minutes at 205°C.
