Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 75 g butter
- 100 g sugar
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 150 g Flour, gluten-free (Schär C-Mix)
- n. B. chocolate lentil(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Knead all ingredients into a dough. Stir in chocolate chips, if desired. Preheat the oven to 175°C (fan/convection oven). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Form the dough into small balls and place them 5 cm apart (they will spread out during baking). Bake for approximately 15 minutes.
