Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 2 eggs
- 75 g margarine or butter
- 80 g flour, gluten-free
- 20 g hazelnuts, ground
- 30 g sugar
- 100g Nutella
- ¼ pt. baking powder
- 6 g baking cocoa
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
For a 15cm mini Bundt cake pan
Warm the butter or margarine with Nutella for easier mixing. Then simply mix all the ingredients together and pour into a small Bundt pan. For a regular-sized pan, multiply the recipe by 2.5. Bake at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for approximately 20-30 minutes, depending on your oven.
