- 3 Eggs
- 0,5 packet Baking soda
- Cinnamon
- Nuts
- Marzipan
- Ginger bread spice
- Yogurt 10% fat
- Fruit
- Simply puree the bananas in the blender and stir in the eggs, baking soda and spices. I let my dough rest for at least 1 hour. Heat some oil in the pan and bake small gluten-free pancakes – done 🙂
- I just made a dip with skimmed yoghurt, rice syrup and kiwi fruit.
