Gluten-free Pancakes Made from Three Ingredients

  • 3 Eggs
  • 0,5 packet Baking soda
  • Cinnamon
  • Nuts
  • Marzipan
  • Ginger bread spice
  • Yogurt 10% fat
  • Fruit
  1. Simply puree the bananas in the blender and stir in the eggs, baking soda and spices. I let my dough rest for at least 1 hour. Heat some oil in the pan and bake small gluten-free pancakes – done 🙂
  2. I just made a dip with skimmed yoghurt, rice syrup and kiwi fruit.
