Rice Teff Pancakes – Egg-free, Gluten-free .. Vegan Possible

Ingredients
 

  • 3 tsp Ground chia seeds
  • 50 g Rice flour
  • 50 g Teff flour
  • 1 big pinch Salt
  • 0,5 tsp Sugar
  • 200 ml Milk or milk substitute
  • 200 ml Water
  • 200 ml Oil for the pan

Instructions
 

  • Mix the dry ingredients and gradually work in the milk.
  • Let it swell for at least 30 minutes, then stir well.
  • Heat the pan and brush with oil .. Bake the pancakes.
