Ingredients
- 3 tsp Ground chia seeds
- 50 g Rice flour
- 50 g Teff flour
- 1 big pinch Salt
- 0,5 tsp Sugar
- 200 ml Milk or milk substitute
- 200 ml Water
- 200 ml Oil for the pan
Instructions
- Mix the dry ingredients and gradually work in the milk.
- Let it swell for at least 30 minutes, then stir well.
- Heat the pan and brush with oil .. Bake the pancakes.
