Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 ml coconut water
  • 1 tbsp cocoa
  • 10 g psyllium
  • n. B. Fruit for garnishing

Instructions

Working time approx. 2 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 32 minutes

Place the psyllium husks and coconut water in a bowl and let them soak for 30 minutes. Then mix with the cocoa powder and garnish with fruit, if desired. 50 kcal per serving.
