Gnocchi in ham, peas and cream cheese sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 800 g gnocchi
  • 300 g cream cheese, natural or with herbs
  • 200 g cooked ham
  • 450 g peas, frozen
  • 50 ml white wine
  • 50 ml vegetable stock
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • n. B. herbs

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

super tasty and super fast

Let the gnocchi soak in salted water according to the package instructions. Mix the cream cheese (if using plain) with herbs as desired. Dice the onion and garlic, and cut the ham into thin strips. Heat a little oil in a pan and sauté the onion, garlic, and ham. Deglaze with the white wine and add the stock. Add the desired amount of peas and season with salt and pepper. Bring to a boil briefly. Once boiling, reduce the heat to low and stir in the cream cheese, allowing it to melt. Drain the gnocchi and add to the sauce. Mix everything together and season to taste.
