Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 package of gnocchi
- 1 bulb(s) of fennel
- ½ head of Chinese cabbage
- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ cup tomato(s), pureed
- salt and pepper
- Garlic
- Thyme
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
with minced meat and vegetables
Cook the gnocchi according to the package instructions and set aside. Brown the ground beef, add the sliced vegetables, and cook until al dente. Add the sour cream and tomatoes, and season with the spices. Toss the gnocchi with the sauce.
