Ingredients
- 250 g Lamb's lettuce
- 3 Oranges
- 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp Oil
- Salt, pepper, sugar
Instructions
- 1 Squeeze the orange, put the juice together with 2 tablespoons of oil and 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar in a bowl. Season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar. Peel and fillet the remaining 2 oranges and add to the dressing.
- Wash the salad, clean it, mix it with the dressing and let it steep a little. Enjoy your meal!
