Ingredients
 

  • 250 g Lamb's lettuce
  • 3 Oranges
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • Salt, pepper, sugar

Instructions
 

  • 1 Squeeze the orange, put the juice together with 2 tablespoons of oil and 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar in a bowl. Season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar. Peel and fillet the remaining 2 oranges and add to the dressing.
  • Wash the salad, clean it, mix it with the dressing and let it steep a little. Enjoy your meal!
