Goat feta baked with colorful tomatoes

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 180 g feta cheese made from goat’s milk
  • 1 tsp herbs de Provence
  • 2 pinches of cane sugar
  • 2 pinches of black pepper, ground
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 pinches of garlic, freeze-dried
  • 2 pinches of onion(s), freeze-dried
  • 100 g tomatoes (party tomatoes), mixed

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Divide the goat feta between two ramekins and crumble it slightly. Add all the seasonings to the cheese pieces and fold in. Halve or quarter the tomatoes, then arrange them over the cheese and drizzle with olive oil. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 30 minutes.
