Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 Merguez, grilled
- 100 g tomato(s) (party tomatoes), sliced
- 2 sprigs rosemary
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- e.g. chili
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Using up leftovers from the BBQ
Place the sausages in a dish. Slice the tomatoes, mix with the rosemary sprigs, and olive oil. Add everything to the sausages. Cook in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 20 minutes. Tip: You can also mix chili slices with the tomatoes.
