Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 ml goat’s yogurt
  • 1 tsp sumac
  • ½ tsp garlic, freeze-dried
  • ½ tsp cumin powder
  • ½ tsp cinnamon powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

Mix all ingredients together and let it sit in the refrigerator for 1 hour. It goes well with steak and flatbread. A different kind of dip.
